My commissions are for personal use only!❖ This means that you cannot use your commission for profit. (ex: selling t-shirts, stickers, prints etc. this includes minting my work for NFTs.)❖ Your commission can be used for icons and display pictures on social media, youtube thumbnails or headers, graphics for your stream, etc.Exclusive commissions can be discussed via Twitter
❖ There may be additional fees added depending on the complexity of the character and design.❖ I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable with or if I do not have the ability to fulfill your request.❖ All commissions are non refundable. If you would like changes please let me know and I will happily fix it for you! (Only light changes please!)❖ I retain the right to use commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, and/or post on my social media accounts. Please let me know beforehand if you do not want your commission shared!❖ Commissions do not have a set deadline unless discussed beforehand. You automatically agree to the following terms by purchasing a design intended for full IP ownership.Please read this carefully and completely.If I discover that you haven't read this, I will decline your request.❖ Adoptables are pre-made character designs that you can utilize to create your own. You can give the character a name, give him or her a personality, and give them some background information, as well as make minor design changes.❖ Changes to the design are permitted, however they must not be made to the original art and must be limited to minor aspects such that the character retains the adopt's major characteristics.❖ The design and art must be credited to me when used.❖ All payment should be in USD. Via paypal❖ All payment should be made through invoice method. I will invoice you. DO NOT send me any payment, it will be refunded.❖ Refunds are not accepted on adoptable purchases.
By purchasing, you are obtaining my work as well as all design rights. All copyrights to my work remain with me, including the ability to distribute, reproduce, and use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion. Unless otherwise specified. I am always willing to keep your request confidential.❖ You will own the Intellectual Property and I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal and commercial projects.❖ I reserve the right to reject your proposal without question.
The commissioner may submit the completed piece to your site as long as it is attributed and linked back to any of my galleries; this is only required if my artwork is utilized as a reference! You may use it for any personal purpose you like, including icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.❖ You retain all rights to the IP.❖ You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for re-distribution.❖ You may change the character's qualities to your liking.❖ You may trade the character for other designs.❖ You may sell the character for the same price you purchased it with.❖ You may only add the value of the commissioned work if the artist permits reselling of that art.❖ Please respect the terms you agreed to when you commissioned them.❖ You may add the price of commissioned work created by me.DISREGARD
